We employed Ben to do some renovations on our new home as the conservatory roof leaked after we purchased the house. It was a plastic roof and the room was cold and also damp. We asked several builders for a quotation and the prices varied massively, but Ben was the cheapest and we must say, the most detailed. My dad is a builder and spoke with Ben about the job and he liked what he heard, thought Ben suggested the right type of construction and roof to put on – we went for a solid warm roof to make the conservatory an extension as it had brick sides already. 
Ben was professional throughout, was very respectful of our home even though we were not living there, and I trusted him with a key. They did everything on the quotation to the letter and the bill was as quoted. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone and we would have no problem employing him again.

The bathroom looks very nice. It is a relief that the work has been properly done and that there are not going to be any leaks. I saw that you did much more work outside than anticipated. It looks much better.
